1. What kind of products do you offer?

We specialize in beautifully crafted women’s ethnic wear including kurtas, suits, dresses, maternity-friendly styles, and festive collections designed for comfort, elegance, and everyday wear.

2. How do I find the right size?

You can refer to our detailed size chart available on each product page. If you’re between sizes or need help choosing, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp for personalized assistance.

3. Do you offer customization or stitching services?

Currently, we do not offer custom stitching or alterations. However, many of our outfits come in easy, adjustable silhouettes that fit a range of body types comfortably.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we offer size exchanges within 3–5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

6. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges or offer store credit in case the desired size is unavailable.

7. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We’re so sorry! If you receive a damaged product, please share a complete unboxing video (starting from the unopened package) within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement.

9. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within India. Stay tuned, we’re working on expanding our reach!

10. How do I care for my ethnic wear?

We recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning for most of our pieces, especially those with embroidery or delicate fabrics. Care instructions are also provided on the product tags.

11. What if I ordered the wrong size?

No worries! If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Just make sure the item is unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Send it back within 3–5 days to be eligible.

13. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

14. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this to track the real-time status of your delivery.

15. What materials or fabrics do you use?

We use high-quality, breathable fabrics such as cotton, rayon, muslin, and silk blends, perfect for both everyday wear and festive occasions. Each product page lists the exact fabric used.

16. Do you restock sold-out items?

We try our best to restock popular pieces. If a product is sold out, you can drop us a message or follow us on Instagram to get updates on restocks and new arrivals.

17. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! If you’re ordering a gift, just let us know in the order notes or message us after placing your order. We’ll wrap it beautifully at no extra cost (where applicable).
