At Amytra’s Apparel and Design Studio we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you’ll love. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to help with size exchanges or address any issues with your order under the following conditions:

Exchange Guidelines
• Exchange Only: We currently offer exchanges only, for sizing issues or in the rare case of a defective product. Refunds and returns are not accepted.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Timeline: The item must reach us within 3 to 5 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange .
• Shipping: Return shipping is to be handled by the customer. We will take care of the shipping for the replacement.
• Availability: If your requested size is not available, we will issue a store credit for future use. Cash refunds are not provided.

Important for Defective Products
If you believe the product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process such claims, we require a full unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits. This helps us ensure fair and transparent processing of your request.
