  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as limited stock, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 2–3 business days and aim to deliver within 3–7 days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we offer size exchanges under these conditions:
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • The item must reach us within 3–5 days from delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We cover the shipping of the replacement item.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
  • For defective items, an unboxing video is mandatory (starting from the unopened package) within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs — is the property of Amytra’s and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
